What is KnownStock?

KnownStock is a shared inventory operations workspace for small businesses. It connects items, warehouses, purchasing, sales, transfers, counts, replenishment, light assembly, dispatch and reports around an explainable inventory history.

Does KnownStock replace accounting or an ERP?

No. KnownStock controls operational inventory. It does not calculate tax, issue statutory invoices, manage payments or attempt to become a complete ERP.

Can warehouse colleagues use phones and tablets?

Yes. The installable responsive app supports barcode-assisted work and resilient draft or count capture. Final inventory confirmation remains an explicit online action.

What changes inventory?

Confirmed physical operations change inventory: receipts, deliveries, transfer shipment and receipt, approved count differences, adjustments and production runs. Orders and allocations affect planning, while drafts change nothing.

What happens when a subscription ends?

After the paid period the workspace becomes read only. Search, reports and authorised exports remain available, and confirmed inventory history is not deleted or rewritten.

How is pricing determined?

Every paid plan includes the same v1 functionality. Team 3, Team 10 and Team 30 differ only by the number of active and pending members.

Does KnownStock use tracking cookies?

No. The public website does not use analytics, advertising or behavioural-profiling cookies. After sign-in, the application uses one strictly necessary session cookie. Paddle technology loads only when the workspace Owner deliberately opens checkout.
