Compare inventory quantitiesInventory management software for small business
Know what is physically present, usable, committed, incoming and available—and see the movement, document or count behind every change.

A real product workflow
This example uses fields and states that exist in KnownStock. It is a clear HTML product view, not a fabricated customer screenshot.
One shared inventory record
A balance can tell you how many. It cannot tell you whether those units are usable, promised, in transit, awaiting receipt or waiting for a count decision. KnownStock keeps those facts connected without turning the product into an ERP.

Compare inventory quantitiesPlanning
Keep commitment, allocation and expected supply distinct.
Follow the sales flowHistory
Move from a position to the document, count or transformation behind it.
Explore movement historyThe operational gap
A customer needs a delivery date, purchasing has an order in progress and the warehouse is still receiving yesterday’s shipment. A single edited cell cannot reliably separate what is present, promised, quarantined, in transit or still expected.
A connected operating model
The item record defines what is being tracked and in which unit. Warehouses and optional locations show where it is. Documents describe the work, while confirmed movements preserve what actually changed. Positions and reports then calculate the answer from the same confirmed history.

The installable app keeps the same item and warehouse context on desktop, tablet and phone. Offline work can prepare drafts and capture counts; reconnection synchronises the draft, and a separate authorised online confirmation records the inventory fact.

Clear answers
KnownStock is a shared inventory operations workspace for small businesses. It connects items, warehouses, purchasing, sales, transfers, counts, replenishment, light assembly, dispatch and reports around an explainable inventory history.
No. KnownStock controls operational inventory. It does not calculate tax, issue statutory invoices, manage payments or attempt to become a complete ERP.
Yes. The installable responsive app supports barcode-assisted work and resilient draft or count capture. Final inventory confirmation remains an explicit online action.
Confirmed physical operations change inventory: receipts, deliveries, transfer shipment and receipt, approved count differences, adjustments and production runs. Orders and allocations affect planning, while drafts change nothing.
After the paid period the workspace becomes read only. Search, reports and authorised exports remain available, and confirmed inventory history is not deleted or rewritten.
Every paid plan includes the same v1 functionality. Team 3, Team 10 and Team 30 differ only by the number of active and pending members.
No. The public website does not use analytics, advertising or behavioural-profiling cookies. After sign-in, the application uses one strictly necessary session cookie. Paddle technology loads only when the workspace Owner deliberately opens checkout.
