01 · Prepare
Create a safe working draft.
Define items, presentations, codes, warehouses and optional locations. Draft a purchase, sale, transfer, count, adjustment or production operation. A draft can change or be discarded and does not affect stock, availability, cost or expected supply.
02 · Review
Make the decision before it changes the record.
Check quantities, warehouse scope, linked documents, availability, allocations, count differences, cost visibility and any negative-stock exception. Partial work is normal, and the remaining quantity always stays visible.
03 · Confirm online
Record the result once.
KnownStock checks permissions, scope, concurrent work and the exact result before confirmation. It then assigns the final document number and records the document, inventory change and audit detail together. If the network retries the same request, KnownStock prevents a duplicate.
04 · Understand
Read one consistent answer.
Positions, history and reports show the latest confirmed point they include. Corrections use returns, reversals, revisions or explained adjustments instead of silently changing earlier records.
Resilient capture
Offline preparation never masquerades as confirmation.
The installable app can keep an authorised subset of the catalogue, drafts, scanner reads and count lines on the device. Reconnecting synchronises the draft; the user must still review and confirm it online. Offline work is never presented as a completed stock movement.
