A dependable inventory record
Confirmed work stays visible instead of becoming an unexplained balance.
Physical and planning quantities are calculated from confirmed records. Drafts do not affect them. A correction adds a clear revision, return, reversal or adjustment, so both the original action and the correction remain visible.
Workspace separation
Your signed-in session determines which workspace you can use.
Commercial identity and subscription records remain separate from operational stock data. Each workspace has its own database, and the API applies member permissions and warehouse scope to every relevant view and action.
Read-only continuity
Trial or subscription state never rewrites stock.
When mutation access ends, members can still search, report and export according to their permissions. Reactivation restores normal work without rebuilding inventory facts.
Exportable records
Keep useful operational records available.
Authorised CSV exports protect against spreadsheet formulas and include the filters and generation context. PDF documents and reports use versioned layouts and show which confirmed inventory point they represent.
Human judgment remains explicit
KnownStock records decisions; it does not make them for you.
KnownStock does not certify compliance, make tax decisions, infer legal validity, promise loss prevention or replace operational review. Count approvals, negative-stock exceptions, revaluations and reversals remain attributed to the people who authorised them.
