KnownStock support
Start with the procedure and the facts on screen.
The practical manual covers normal work. When you need help, share safe operational context—never passwords, session cookies, activation links or customer data.
- No card required
- Every feature included
- Desktop, tablet and phone
Self-service first
Use the manual by task, not by internal component.
Open the procedure for the item, purchase, sale, transfer, count, production, report, member or billing action you were performing. Each procedure states what changes inventory and which step requires online confirmation.
- Practical manual
- Frequently asked questions
- Inventory guides
- Downloadable checklists and worksheets
Collect safe context
Give support enough information without exposing secrets.
Record the page, action, visible error code, document public reference and approximate time. If a count or movement is involved, state the warehouse and item code only when that information is safe to share.
- Never send a password or one-time activation credential
- Never send session cookies, API keys or Paddle secrets
- Do not attach a customer export unless specifically requested through a verified secure route
- Remove unrelated personal or commercial data
Verified channels
Contact details appear only from real configuration.
This local build intentionally does not invent a response time, telephone number, certification or support address. The production page will expose the verified support and legal channels supplied by configuration.
Billing and cancellation
Use the Owner’s Plan & billing area for subscription actions.
Paddle’s customer portal handles payment method, payment documents and cancellation. KnownStock handles plan capacity and rights. Never send card details to KnownStock support.
Ready for a verifiable first movement
Start with one item, one warehouse and one quantity you can explain.
Create a workspace without a card. Use removable sample data or enter one real record, then follow the practical manual at your own pace.
