Identity and sessions
The server, not the browser, controls the signed-in context.
Secure, revocable session cookies, same-origin checks and CSRF protection guard authenticated changes. Password recovery and one-use member activation never require an Administrator to assign or know another person’s password.
Workspace and inventory isolation
Operational records stay inside their workspace.
Each workspace has its own database, and the application checks every request against the signed-in membership and warehouse scope. Database rules preserve the relationships between records, while application users cannot edit or delete confirmed inventory movements.
Payment separation
A payment update cannot partially change inventory.
Only a verified Paddle notification can change subscription rights. Payment credentials remain on the server, duplicate notifications are recognised and each update must match a published product and price. A Paddle outage cannot partially confirm an inventory movement.
Shared-device responsibility
Close the local context when work ends.
The installed app limits cached data to the authorised workspace and permission context. Signing out clears sensitive local context and completed queues. Camera access is requested only when an operator starts barcode scanning.
