Refunds

Refund and cancellation policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled for future renewals; eligible refund requests are reviewed fairly through Paddle, the Merchant of Record.

21-day free trial. No credit card required.

Try KnownStock before paying

The 21-day trial includes every v1 feature and does not require a payment card. A charge is created only after the Owner deliberately selects a paid plan and completes Paddle Checkout.

Cancel future renewals

The workspace Owner can cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal while paid access continues through the current billing period; the workspace then becomes read only so reports and exports remain available.

Requesting a refund

If a charge was duplicated, unauthorized, technically incorrect or the service was materially unavailable, contact the published support channel promptly with the workspace name and Paddle transaction reference. Never send card details or passwords. Requests made within 14 calendar days of the first purchase or renewal are reviewed under applicable consumer law and the facts of the case.

Paddle handles payment refunds

Paddle is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method; bank and card-network processing times may vary. Paddle's buyer terms and support process also apply to checkout, tax documents, disputes and payment records.

Fair-use and legal rights

A refund may be declined where the service was substantially used, the request is abusive or fraudulent, or the charge falls outside the applicable legal or contractual entitlement. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
