Billing and taxes
Paddle handles checkout as Merchant of Record.
Base prices are shown in EUR before tax. Paddle calculates any applicable tax at checkout and issues the corresponding payment documents. Plan changes and moves between monthly and yearly billing are previewed before the Owner confirms them.
If access changes
Inventory history does not disappear with a billing state.
A failed payment receives a seven-day grace period. After trial or paid access ends, the workspace becomes read only: search, reports, exports and billing recovery remain available, while mutation commands are blocked.

Which plans and prices does KnownStock offer?
Team 3 includes up to 3 active or pending members for 39 € per month or 390 € per year; Team 5 includes 5 for 69 € or 690 €; Team 10 includes 10 for 119 € or 1,190 €. Every plan includes all v1 features. Team 5 is the recommended plan. Annual billing equals ten monthly payments. Prices are before tax; Paddle calculates applicable tax at checkout.
What does the 21-day trial include?
The 21-day trial includes every v1 feature and Team 3 capacity: up to 3 active or pending members, including the Owner. No card is required. Registration does not create a Paddle customer, checkout or subscription; paid checkout starts only when the Owner deliberately chooses a paid plan. After trial expiry, the workspace becomes read only and reports and exports remain available.
What counts as a member?
Every active membership and pending activation occupies one place. The Owner counts once. Disabled members and cancelled pending activations do not count.
Can a plan limit hide or delete records?
No. Plan limits apply to members, not inventory records, warehouses, documents, movements or history.
What happens if a downgrade is too small?
KnownStock rejects it. An Administrator must first disable members or cancel pending activations; the product never chooses people automatically.
Are purchase and sales invoices fiscal documents?
No. They are operational records used to explain inventory. KnownStock does not calculate tax or issue statutory invoices.
